The view from the apartment is unbeatable and so easy to access the Marina from here. The balcony and furniture is lovely!

The balcony doors don’t lock which could be dangerous especially with little ones or people who sleep walk (like we had🫣), the kitchen floor is due for repair but the mats were a bit of a trip hazard.

Apartamento amplio, con 2 cuartos de baño, muy limpio y con una terraza espectacular con sillones y amplias vistas de la playa. Ubicación en un sitio bonito, en el mismo Puerto de la Duquesa.

La puerta de la entrada no estaba bien y costaba mucho cerrar con la llave, las mamparas de las duchas eran pequeñas y se salía el agua y la cocina necesita un repaso general: el suelo estaba levantado en una zona y había todo tipo de utensilios pero en un estado regular

Perfect location, right on the Marina and also with a fantastic view of the sea and beach. Well equipped kitchen.

Access to the lower pool is poor. Directions in the holiday folder in the apartment says get out of the lift on level three and turn right. There is no right turn. You either walk around the building and enter from the beachside or work your way through the creepy underground garage, which wasn't well signed. Main bathroom could do with an update. Main door lock needs mending. Someone has forced the door in the past and the mechanism is damaged. You have to physically lift the door to double lock it.
