The position, cleanliness and space. The lady who greeted us was lovely and very helpful.
The balcony got no sun. My shower head didn’t work and having reported it at the beginning of the holiday it never got fixed. The other bathroom loo seat was badly stained/marked. The lifts and exits were very confusing. Directions/signs would have sooo helped. No welcome pack, bread, butter, milk, water etc. No directions or information about the resort and property gadgets i.e. Cooker, TV washing machine. However we did work that out.
