excellent - very central to the castle, shops, pubs and restaurants within a 100 yards

time stands still is a wee gem - small but adequate for 2 people - large double bedroom and very comfortable bed - the cottage has some lovely vintage furniture mixed with modern facilities

just a wee tad cold on our arrival as it was within the cold weather spell but once the cottage heated it was warm and cosy - i would suggest a curtain on the front door - although a quiet area you feel open to the street outside on going up and down the stairs

Stop over before the ferry

Very cute little cottage right in the heart of the town. Had everything we needed. Owners left milk, bread, ham, cheese, tea and coffee which was very welcome. Cheap witherspoon round the corner and fab Indian on the rd. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay

Clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, great location, and a fair price. The host was easy to deal with and very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if im in town.

No wifi. I didn't mind as its a new property.

Property very close to town centre and facilities. Nicely renovated 300 year old property decorated in older style. Bedroom and shower too/ toilet modern.

Nothing to dislike. Downstairs is compact but perfect for one or two people

Lovely cottage in a great location exuding local old timey charm

Newly refurbished, very clean with lots of old timey charm. Great location by the castle and seafront. Host Charlie is very warm and friendly. He went the extra mile when I was in a tight spot.
