A convenient, clean and comfortable house, although the owners do not deal with problems.
This is a clean, well equipped house, which seems to be newly redecorated and furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds and sofas were comfortable. We chose the house for its location, near a large park with play equipment, within easy reach of the beach. There are good shops and restaurants nearby. There is on-street parking round the corner, although the street itself needs a resident's permit, which was not provided. The railway station is a short walk away to travel to Southport, Formby and Liverpool.
The wifi didn't work so we had no television or internet access, and the owners didn't answer when we rang them to ask about this. There were no bins outside, and there were old bin bags next to the front door which attracted flies, and were not collected. The house could do with a bit more furniture, especially dining chairs and bedroom cupboards. The agents need to be contactable to sort out problems.
