New, clean, and quiet, this hotel is close to the lake and an excellent base for exploring Pogradec. Our comfortable room included a kettle, fridge, and TV with streaming services; the bathroom was well designed with a rain shower and plentiful hot water. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Most spoke English or patiently worked with us through Google Translate. Breakfast had hot and cold options with freshly made tea and coffee. Parking is available with a few spaces in front and a few more about a hundred feet away, and the hotel is easy to find on Google. The building has a lift. Highly recommend the Rich Hotel when visiting Pogradec.

Excellent location, just 2 minutes walk to the promenade. The hotel is beautiful, very nicely decorated. The room is spacious and has all the necessary facilities. The staff is friendly and professional, always ready to assist you. Parking reserved outside the hotel. This is the best hotel we stayed in Albania, will definitely recommend it.

À améliorer : Odeur de tuyauterie dans la salle de bain . Literie trop ferme et du coup pas très confortable.
