Authentic hospitality and comfort by the river

We arrived at night and Todi welcomed us very kindly. The room is spacious, bright, and clearly recently renovated. The bathroom is also large and comes with complimentary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrushes. Todi recommended the Koça tavern for lunch and dinner, and it was an excellent choice! Dinner was spectacular. The breakfast included with the stay is also served there: although the variety was limited, everything was delicious, abundant, and beautifully presented. It also included coffee and freshly prepared juice. We traveled by car and were able to park right at the door, as the accommodation has a small parking area. We loved the town: it is very charming, with plenty of bars and restaurants, and it sits right next to the Ohrid River, which makes it even more special. Overall, a highly recommended stay, both for the hospitality and for the location and services.

The only drawback is that the shower is open (without tray, screen, or curtain), which leaves the floor quite wet after use and needs to be cleaned with the broom.

Awesome place for a few nights by lake Ohrid.

Incredible location, clean and tidy, very comfortable accomodation. Great secure parking. The breakfast was excellent, and the Tavern had such good food.

Lovely discrete Vila room in a great location

Fantastic bedroom and five star in perfect location. They serve you breakfast on the lake at their associate restaurant and it was excellent. The owners are also very nice and helpful and they accommodated our dogs. They gave me a packed breakfast to go trekking up the dry mountain. Highly recommend.

Location was amazing. Breakfast omelette was delicious. Rooms were very nice. Definitely recommended. View out of the double room is the best view in Progradec. Stunning place to stay

Clean, traditionally styled hotel near the center of Korçë with facilities not very comfortable

Our stay was pleasant overall, with a clean, traditionally styled hotel made of stone, a nice lobby, and a quiet location near the center of Korçë

We were not happy that we were placed in a basement room. The rooms are nicely decorated but not very comfortable. The bathroom was functional, though it could have been a bit larger.The breakfast was good, although there is room for improvement.

Beautiful and quiet room

The property is beautifully located in the center of a very characteristic village on the shore of Lake Ochrid. The room is nice, comfortable and very clean, furthermore the structure is equipped with a convenient parking lot, very useful especially if you travel by motorbike. The owner also owns an excellent restaurant right on the lake where breakfast is served.

The room is very beautiful and deserves a better bathroom, of an adequate level.

The inn and restaurant were lovely.

The host and the staff at the restaurant that served hotel guest were all so friendly. Check in/ out was SO easy. The food at the restaurant was so delicious and an incredible value.

It was in a quaint little village but across the village square, in a fenced in yard across from the chapel on the edge of a parking lot- there was a very sweet small black dog that was SO friendly. He was chained up on an extremely short chain with no food or water nearby and with a really really tight collar on. Even though this dog had absolutely nothing to do with the lovely accommodations we had, it was heartbreaking and for that reason, we probably won't be back there.

Room was very big and clean with great design. The viev from terrace was beautifull, with different animals to view. River is right by the terrace, when sand beach is 3min walk away. If u are looking for quiet and cheap place near Ohrid lake is better option than city Ohrid. Breakfast was one of the best we had.

The room was very clean, the mattress is good and the bed big enough! It is in a very good location, next to restaurants and the lake is 3 minutes by foot! Free parking and good breakfast included! More than great value for money! Plus pet friendly! Toddy was very friendly and helpful!

An oasis by lake Boris

We booked the place late in the evening, but everything was ready when we came. Beautiful room, comfy beds. Breakfast at their taverna Koco is also included in the price. Todian, our host, made the stay for us great, helping us to a great extent and answering all our question. We felt so welcome.

Excellent hotel) Room with a beautiful design, comfortable bed, everything is new, snow-white. Everything is thought out for the convenience of guests. Very pleased with the huge bathroom. The villa itself is located in a beautiful quiet place, there are many cafes and the beach nearby. The hotel has a restaurant with excellent cuisine and very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and the most delicious cappuccino) We will definitely come back here again.

We liked everything - the beds were fantastically comfy, interesting wall that adds charachter to the room, the view for river and garden, helpful and friendly host, parking and charm of the city itself. The breakfast is in the restaurant few meters away and the walk is very pretty (pictures were made not only by us!), the restaurant is next to the lake, so if you sit in the first row you can enjoy the breakfast and lake view! We really enjoyed the atmosphere, if you are wondering whether to go there, just go there!
