Self catering, easy walking to town centre and all amenities.
I felt the list of DOs and DO NOTs (mostly Do Nots) in the property came across as being a bit overbearing.

This is an exceptional town house. Beautifully appointed and decorated. Everything you need and just 4 minutes walk to the centre and train station. Fabulous

The house was like a home from home and was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect right in the town, which made access to the town very easy.

Amazing townhouse which was very spacious and comfortable with all amenities, thoughtful decor and great furniture. Fully stocked(cutlery/utensils/appliances) kitchen and dining. Great location. Very proactive and friendly host with clear instructions. I recommend to anyone who wishes to visit Lake District and stay at Penrith!
