The view is incredible, you have a really nice view to the Aegean Sea and you have all the facilities you need.

There is an abandoned building near the building where this apartment is, which is full of seagulls, basically a seagull house. That wouldn’t be a problem if the seagulls will not make a lot of noise all the time, doesn’t matter if is day or night and you can’t really sleep with the window open. There are some big dogs around the building, not sure if they are stray dogs or they belong to someone, but you might be careful with it if you have kids especially. We had a car and it didn’t affect too much. Insect net only exists at bedroom and not at living room and you might fight with very aggressive mosquitoes, we bought an insect spray, otherwise you will be eaten alive :) There is a weird smell inside the building and somehow inside the apartment, a smell like mold or so, so be aware if you have allergies you might be triggered. The bathroom is a little bit too small and the shower itself has no more than maximum 1qm. Basically you feel claustrophobic in it. You could also see it from the photos. I believe was somehow modified to accommodate the washing machine, no idea. Late checkout was not possible and you have to leave at 10:00 as it is written in the policy from booking. The concierge person came late for checkout and we had to wait for her even if late checkout was not possible, we waited until 10:30 due to an urgent matter. We had an issue with the air conditioning in bedroom, no cool air was flowing, just ventilation but it was solved quickly. I would say apartment was not used for a long time when we arrived, 19th of June, and cleaning was not so detailed, i.e. some spider nets, inside and outside. Beware of the apartment policy that they will not come to clean it if you don’t explicitly ask and pay for it.
