The apartment we stayed was well furnished and it had a really front patio in the front where you can spend time as well. The host's attitude is really friendly and caring.

The villa is very close to Nea Potidea beach, like 2 mins walking distance. Everiting is new and clean, as they clean the room every day. The host is very nice and helpful.
We had the room from the corner of the villa and we had a huge terrance up front, but the other rooms had smaller ones.
In the room you have a big fridge and a small kitchen so you can cook, but unfortunately no microwaves.
In the last day we received a gift from the host, that contains olive oil and some olives, a verry nice gesture.
Overall it was a nice experience, the host did everithing to make our stay more pleasant.
The bad thing was that the street is very close so in the evening tou can hear motorcycles and ATVs speeding nearby or people speaking too loud, but this is a problem affecting the entire town, as all the villas are very close to the streets.
Another problem is be that you can't have complete privacy as the street is a bit busy with people going or comming from the beach. This was partially solved by the host by hanging some huge curtains on the terrace that can be drawn. But even so, people can still see you on the terrace.
This also applies to those in the other rooms
because the terraces are separated by a low wall.
The biggest problem i think, are the parking places. When we arrive, we barrely found a parking place near the villa, because it was the weekend and many locals came to the beach. Durring the week you can find them especially in the evening when people start to leave the beach. But again, this is a problem affecting the entire town and it is not the host's fault.
