Fabulous stay

Our stay at this studio apartment was absolutely fabulous from start to finish! The place was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to airport, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We especially loved the cozy living area and the stunning view from the apartment. And the best part — we were lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights right from the apartment! It was truly an unforgettable experience. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

We didn’t like that we had to pay for linen, but I guess it’s because they’re more used to campers who already have everything with them.

The family is super friendly and welcoming! Geir (the owner) gave us great tips for hiking in Svolvær. The apartment is brand new with all you need for a nice staying in the area. Very much recommended!

L'host ci ha spettato fino a tardi perché abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina a noleggio; è stato molto gentile ed il giorno dopo ci ha accompagnato anche a Svolvaer! Non abbiamo potuto approfittare dei dintorni a causa di questi problemi, ma il posto sembrava molto bello .

Mooie plek om enkele dagen te verblijven tegen een normale prijs

Prettige ontvangst. We waren de eerste huurders! Alles was nieuw en net af. Prachtige locatie! Praktische entree waar jassen en schoenen kunnen staan. Bezemset en stofzuigertje staan er ook om het zelf schoon te houden. Heerlijke bedden, dekbedden en prettige kussens. Prima inventaris met magnetron en oven in de kleine keuken, waar wel voldoende opbergruimte is (alleen het afdruiprek staat in de weg voor aanrechtruimte, maar kan prima bovenop de kapstok in de hal als je het niet gebruikt ;-). Gezellig gedecoreerd en luxe uitstraling. Fijne grote ramen, die op een kier kunnen met mooi uitzicht. Moderne snufjes zoals goed regelbare verwarming, schoenenverwarmer in het halletje, tiptoetsbediening van de spiegel in de badkamer voor ledlicht en verwarming, deurafsluiting. Parkeerplaats is nog niet af, maar prima parkeren op verharding voor de deur. Eigenaar is een handige timmerman, dus mooie trapopgang met leuning, waar vandaan we mooie foto's hebben gemaakt van de middernachtzon en de lichtreflecties op de bergen. Grote kans op het zien van elanden. De foto's weerspiegelen prima de werkelijkheid. Jammer dat we maar 1 nacht hadden geboekt op doorreis.

Gezien de luxe afwerking van de rest valt het op dat de douche geen thermostaatkraan heeft. De badkamer rook naar riool, maar dat gaat binnenkort worden opgelost. In de midzomernachten is het te licht, de gordijnen zijn niet verduisterend en er hangt geen (verduisterend) gordijn voor de deur. De deur heeft een raampje wat overdag fijn licht geeft, maar dus ook als je wilt slapen. Ook deze feedback gaat de eigenaar ter harte nemen en aanpassingen op doorvoeren.
