I can only review the A frame cabins, and I would say they are in desperate need of renovation. They’re cute from the outside but far from comfortable on the inside. Neon lights in bathroom and kitchen, no real cupboard in the kitchen, so that plates, cutlery etc. are just shoved below the sink. Also on the bed you could feel every spring — and I’m a very lightweight person who usually has zero problems with hotel mattresses.
Other than that, Skarungen is huge, nicely situated by the sea with beautiful views, and close to Svolvær.
