Disappointing

Quiet location and easy to check in. Nice living room area.

Beds on the top floor are so narrow and the roof is slanted so you will knock your head on the ceiling. The cost of a set of towel and bed linen is ridiculously expensive considering how expensive the price of the room was. No shampoo or body wash provided in the bathroom. No cooking oil, salt and pepper provided. Given the price we paid, the stay was extremely disappointing.

Old cabin with really old feel to it.

Well, the cabin did have bed, toilet and shower and pretty nice view over the lake.

The staff was quite angry like and the whole cabin was from the 70s apart from the kitchen which had been renewed at some point. Clearly there has not been any renovation in a very long time and it shows.

The cabin is made for children. The beds and bathroom is too small for any adult to be comfortable in. They provide you with literally nothing in the cabin and charge you a stupidly high rate for sheets and one towel which you are meant to use for everything.

Fine cabin for a one nightstay. Unfortunately weather not on our side.

One night stay for us as we had booked a RIB Trollfjord tour in advance (it was in cloud for majority!) and also planned to hike Djevelporten but we were in clouds and rain. Accommodation was fine. Everything we needed for 1 night.

The only thing to note is that you will need an eye mask. There are no blinds so it is light all night!!!

Good for a activity based vacation but not for a simple weekend away.

Very cool property and cabin. Plenty of parking and has the basics. Very much geared towards an activity holiday and not just a quick easy getaway.

Having to rent bedsheets, a lot of dust causing allergies and a lot of cobwebs around the property. Nothing mega bad but could definitely do with a deep clean before the season starts.

great place - Svolvaer, amazing self contained cabin (previously we stayed in the suite above reception which was good but can't compare to this cabin), very spacious, clean, well-equipped kitchen, we will definitely come again

Super nice bungalow. We only stayed 1 night but it's more appropriate to stay a longer time. Dishwashing liquid and towel for the kitchen is there, linen and towels xan be rented or you bring your own. From the center its 5min by car and 25 min by foot.

There is wifi but it does only work at the reception, the bungalows are too far away to have any connection.

I slept pretty well!

For the price the room isn’t that good, I definitely wouldn’t recommend using it as a basecamp to visit the area! There is no real “kitchen area”, you’d have to cook tucked between the bed and the wall. Pillows, blankets and the mattress were pretty stained. In the morning, although it said it would be open 9-22, the reception didn’t open until 10 AM.

Cosy cabin with larvaes

Very nice location and scenic view from the cabin. The cabin had some plates and cutlery.

There was a colony of larvas in the bathroom, and insects in the other rooms. We had to pay extra for bedsheets and towels, as well as cleaning up the place ourselves when we left - we choose to rate the place as not good because we think that this does not reflect the price that we paid for staying there.

Low level camping site at excessive cost.

Roof over your head - at least. Clean. Kitchenette OK.

Booking not same as offered on site. Argue to get what was ordered. Requested extra payment, but rejected. Finally received a hut close to what was specified in the booking. Bunk beds suitable for kids or teens.

The place was good: good location, good view, good facilities. But it was not that clean when we arrived... additionally, it is not really comfortable. We were 6 in a hytte, and for the ones sleeping under the beams it was a bit dangerous... But anyway the place is really nice, few minutes away driving from city center!
