We started by saying that collecting the keys is very straightforward. I think even for older guests or people not familiar with this type of system, it is not difficult at all. The host also sends very clear instructions before arrival. In our case, we did not need to contact anyone and were able to complete everything on our own. You are required to check in using a tablet, including a short video of the guests staying in the room and showing your passports to the camera. The whole process took no more than 10 minutes. The room was clean and had everything you might need. It includes air conditioning with heating function, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was well designed, with the toilet separated from the shower and sink area. For me, one of the most important points is that the hotel has its own private parking, which is very convenient. Without a doubt, if I were to return to the Mount Fuji area, I would stay here again. In the evening, even on a weekday, there are many restaurants within a 15-minute walk where you can go for dinner. To visit the main tourist spots, you can either drive or use public transport, both of which are fairly convenient.

On the downside, I would mention that they should provide a clearer map or directions on how to arrive. Navigation apps like Google Maps may guide you through very narrow streets that are not suitable for cars. In our case, we had to figure out an alternative parallel road to access the hotel properly, since the route suggested by Google Maps was incorrect.
