又楽坊 Matarakubo

今まで泊まった場所の中では一番広々としていて寛げた。

駐車場の場所が解りづらかった。シャワーだけだったのでバスタブが欲しかった。寛げる浴衣だけでも置いていただけると嬉しかった。

The space was very big, the provided amenities were very useful (towels, shampoo/shower gel, toothbrushes, hair dryer, kitchen fully equipped) The location was amazing. We stepped out in the morning and were standing in front of Mt.Fuji in full view. The beds were very comfortable. Checkin was fully automated woth digital door lock. Communication was very smooth and attentive

The view from the window was towards the Garbage area unfortunately (ground floor has no visibility to Mt.Fuji) The emergency light inside the room was very annoying at night because it was making bright light. We covered it with a towel. We thought that the apartment has a washing machine.

駐車場の場所がホームページでも分かりにくく迷った。 寝室の前の非常蛍光が明るく、少し眩しく寝にくかった。

Modern, good equiped apartment. Good location.

The house is located neer a busy road with constant traffic, meaning that sleeping without earplugs is unthinkable. In addition, there is an emergency exit light above the door that is so bright that additional room lighting is almost unnecessary, and it cannot be switched off. There are no hooks or other possibilities to hang towels in the bathroom. There is a mirror in the bathroom, but it is at a height where you have to kneel down to comb your hair or shave. The check-in process was complicated, involving passport scanning and facial recognition via photo. Data privacy?
