Amazing Ocean Front Stunning Views Virgin Islands Paradise 2-2

Right.on.the.ocean! The VIEW and sound of the OCEAN are PHENOMENAL! HOWEVER, the second bedroom has 2 TWIN beds, not 2 full beds as advertised. We would not have considered this condo had we known. It was a problem we had to work around. The condo is cute and well-appointed: dishwasher, in-unit washer & dryer, bath towels and beach towels, hair dryer and curling iron, plenty of quality tp, a few books, a game, and a dozen or so DVDs. Kitchen had what we needed. The unit was clean; no bugs. ;- ) The master bedroom is charming and spacious, with an exceptional view of the ocean. The master bath is upscale. We had hot water in the sinks but not in the master shower. The second bath is also upscale. Hot hot water, so we all ended up using that shower - one at time, of course. It's not big enough for even 1½, but fine for one person. Lots of helpful labels everywhere, which were appreciated. The air conditioning worked great. Parking is convenient, with an assigned space. In addition to amazing OCEAN VIEWS from the living room and the master (even from the bed!), there are 2 patios: one a good size and covered, and one twice as large and open to the sky. There is a pool in the complex. The booking.com listing says there isn't but has a photo of one, so we weren't sure. This property is close to Christiansted, only a 12-15 minute drive. Even closer to Salt River Bay. Thanks to previous guests who left sunblock etc., and especially to the one who left the awesome conditioner. Look for The Market STX to buy any grocieries and supplies; it is most like the stores you'll find on the US mainland. Thanks, too, to the helpful person who texted me the entry code on the day of our arrival. She also gave me what I needed to search in our map app to find the right condo complex, which made a world of difference.

Please correct the listing to show twin beds. I deducted a star for this error. (The person who stayed in this room says I should have deducted 2 stars.) The other star I took off was for several smaller missteps. The blinds in the master bedroom don't close. We didn't mind looking at the ocean overnight and first thing in the morning, but it would have been nice to have the option. The blinds in the second bedroom have "Please don't open the blind" written on them in marker; not that there was anything to see out that window. There are large floor fans in both bedrooms to compensate for the ceiling fans not working; it's good they provided those but maybe should take down the fans if they're not operational. Only the master bath had shampoo and conditioner; none in the second bathroom upon arrival. And as mentioned already, no hot water in the master shower. Hopefully, that only needs an adjustment to the dial by the maintenance folks. We also had a weird experience paying for this stay. We were TEXTED that our credit card was declined (not true, and I even double-checked to be sure I'd entered all the info correctly), and they asked for our bank account information in order to process the payment. I did not provide that information, especially since it was done via text and OUTSIDE OF booking.com. I did report it to booking.com customer service, but my concern was not followed up on. I put another credit card on my profile, which actually is on the same account as the one claimed to be denied, and that went through just fine. We were actually relieved when we arrived at the property that all was well and we hadn't been scammed. Be aware and vigilant. TL;DR, the OCEAN RIGHT OUTSIDE makes this property worth it. Just steps away. It really is incredible. Would we stay there again? Yes, definitely, IF the second bedroom had full or queen beds (there's certainly room for that).
