We love these Condos! This was our 3rd stay and will be back in March. Nothing fancy, but the staff is friendly. Close to Christiansted. And although all beaches are public, we feel we have our own private beach.

The property was good and a solid choice for a quiet stay on the island. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed for renovations however the Coral Sea restaurant located a 10 minute walk away offered a great option.

Our Condo was clean, well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. The pool and beach were steps away and groceries and restaurants were nearby. We had a wonderful experience and will be back again 😜

I loved the place, and the ladies at the front were nice. Our a/c broke mid-stay/week, and the place was booked out, so we ended up staying elsewhere part of the week, but the folks refunded me promptly for the nights we couldn’t stay. They have great pickleball courts and tons of people there to play against. If you love pickleball, this is your spot! The views are unbeatable! It’s a great location—you can walk to Mc Donald’s and Subway easily and quickly, if you don’t drive.
