Nice location
Would have liked coffee nearby in the morning. Last day, cleaning lady sat in outside lounge area watching a show on her phone for an hour so we could not enjoy the outside seating.

Like the location of the property closer to the pier
It was soooo loud at night you hear loud club music all the way till 4 am

The close location to the Frederiksted Pier and restaurants were a plus. The staff we did come in contact with were very friendly and helpful. I loved the patio on the second floor, it was private and comfortable. We ate dinner there on Friday night, and on Saturday evening after going down to the bar and having a drink, we went back to the patio and enjoyed the karaoke.
Since we were on the second floor, hearing heavy footsteps back and forth above me, and loud music and singing coming from adjoining room. Not a pet person, but at least all dogs were either on a tight leash (1 or 2), or in their owner's arms (3 or 4). Still wasn't comfortable being in such close proximity.

Was unable to utilize the facility due to communication issue. I have no comment, good or bad at this time. The lodging appeared to be presentable from the outside as I walked past.
Communication could improve. It took over a day for a critical question to be answered in a timely manner.
