Bea was so friendly and helpful. She sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat and let us have a late check out. She gave in depth instructions how to enter the building. The area felt safe and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the place in general has all the facilities you need. Location is great to get around! Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and very well equipped. Having air conditioning and a washing machine was a big advantage, especially during a summer holiday. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport.

There were, however, a few issues that affected our experience. When we arrived, the entrance to the building was unpleasant, with overflowing rubbish bins, old furniture, and a very strong smell. Although this was cleared away on the day we left, it created a poor first impression. The biggest concern was the presence of baby cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards and in the bathroom. This was quite disturbing and is something that should be addressed urgently by the property management. While the apartment itself was lovely, this issue significantly impacted our stay. If the pest problem is resolved and the building entrance is kept clean, this would be an excellent place to stay.
