Free Parking Charlie's Residence - 2sep room, AC, Fast WiFi, TV

The apartment is very well located, with tram stations and main avenues just minutes away by foot. The apartment itself is nice and spacious for a small family, with basic utilities in the kitchen and bathroom provided for. The check-in process was very smooth and the hosts were very communicative, kind and helpful at all times, even providing local recommendations and updates in the city to keep us informed of everything. The parking is located in the neighborhood and it is very very handy if you rent a car. It is a little old and cramped (it is like an old warehouse), but your alternative is to pay crazy prices around other parkings. Overall great experience!

The area has several bars in the vicinity, so if you are a light sleeper, you might get woken up late at night by loud partygoers or drunkards in the street. Also, although there are utilities like a washer or a coffee machine, no pods were provided so they were useless unless you bought them yourself, which for a short stay makes no sense.

We stayed here as a group of four and really enjoyed our time! - The separate toilet and shower were great for a group like ours. - Both rooms had proper beds. One is set up as a living room with a TV and dining table and the other is in a regular bedroom. - The beds, pillows and even the towels were super comfortable - we all slept really well. - The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to plenty of food and drink spots as well as public transport. - Self check-in was seamless thanks to the owner’s detailed emails and even video instructions on how to access the apartment and the garage (just a minute away). - The apartment itself was clean and I loved the little details like shower gels and 4 coffee machine capsules left for us - When our car got blocked in at the parking garage, the owner tried his best to help

Only minor things. - The toilet door doesn’t have a lock and the shower has a folding door instead of a full door. It wasn’t a big issue for us but worth noting. - The living room/bedroom faces the street so it can get a bit noisy on weekend nights. Closing the window makes it manageable though. - The water pressure in the shower was excellent but the shower head’s other settings didn’t seem to work - every time I tried to change it, it stayed as a narrow, strong jet focused on one small spot.

Nice location in the center, but not very noisy, with many cafes nearby. Main bedroom is spacious. The second one is smaller but ok. Communication with host was good.

Unfortunately the property is quite old, especially toilet and bathroom. Looks less nice than in photos, more like a student dorm. There is very little light inside, kitchen has no window at all. Door lock looks anything but reliable. House entrance, stairs and shared patio is in a very poor condition. I would look for a better option within the same price range.
