Bien placé, très bon rapport qualité prix, plutôt grand, bonne climatisation.
Dès le début, fuite d’eau dans les toilettes qui n’a pas été prise en charge par le propriétaire. L’appartement n’est pas assez équipé pour la vie quotidienne : manque de papier toilette, de torchons par exemple. Enfin, ce n’était pas très propre.

Простора квартира з височенною стелею. Зручна кухня, мікроволновка, тостер, кавоварка. Було все, що потрібно.
Незручний розкладний диван для сну. Були проблеми з опаленням - але хазяїн швидко викликав майстра і той все налаштував.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra na zwiedzanie piesze i komunikacją miejską - tramwaje i metro blisko. Duże mieszkanie. Instrukcje odbioru kluczy bardzo dokładne i zrozumiałe.
Brudno - bardzo dużo kurzu (np.: na kloszu w łazience, na płytkach w toalecie, na kratce wentylacyjnej w kuchni), zaniedbana wanna, kilka elementów nienaprawionych (uchwyt na papier toaletowy, front sofy, kontakt przy łóżku), brak deski do krojenia w kuchni.
