If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-kept place to rent a room long-term, this is definitely the spot. The home is quiet, located in a really nice residential neighborhood right next to Jacksonville Airport, and it feels safe and comfortable. Everything was super clean honestly, much better than other places I’ve stayed. If you want a good monthly rental with great hosts and a calm environment, I highly recommend this place!

I stayed here for a few months and it was a great spot. The price was really good, way cheaper than a hotel or Airbnb, especially with all those Airbnb fees. I paid through Venmo which I don’t normally do, but everything went smooth once I got there. The place is legit, clean, and quiet. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a long-term stay. The room had a TV and a desk, perfect if you work from home or you’re a student. It’s super close to Jacksonville Airport, only about five minutes away. If you’re looking for a simple, affordable, and peaceful place to stay for a few months, this is it.

Stayed here for about two months while working from home. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable exactly what I was looking for. The room had a desk and a TV, which made it super easy to get my work done during the day and relax at night. Everyone was friendly and respectful. It felt safe and peaceful the whole time. The location is great too, right near Jacksonville Airport and close to stores and shopping just down the street. This place is great If you’re looking for a good place to rent a room.
