Located in a beautiful, private neighborhood, this spacious home is well-prepared to host your next family getaway! Enjoy having easy access to all of Jacksonville's attractions including those that occur at the Cecil Air and Spaceport and the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts. Time outside can be spent at the beautiful St. Johns River, or at nearby Crystal Springs Park, and Eagle Landing Golf Club.

During your stay, you will also have access to the community's outdoor pool, park, playground, basketball court, club house, and walking trails.

Walking into your home away from home, instantly feel a sense of warmth and welcome. Adorned with odes to tropical living, the spacious seating room boasts ample soft seating. An additional seating room boasts recliners and a large TV, for all of your viewing pleasure. The well-equipped kitchen features plenty of meal prep space and updated appliances, ensuring your cooking ventures come easily. When it's time to eat, dine at one of the formal dining tables as a family.

Each of the bedrooms has been tastefully decorated for your comfort and comes complete with a private TV and soft linens. After a day in the sun, enjoy sinking into the impressive soaking tub for some you-time. Remote workers will appreciate having access to a designated work space, and everyone will be thankful for the home's private washer/dryer, making chore time the least of your concerns.

End your evenings in the sunroom, overlooking the water, and visiting with those you love the most. Then head inside, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking, and head for bed where you'll dream sweet dreams of the days to come.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
