We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was nice and clean and spacious.. The location is nice and quiet and secure! We will definitely book again when we return to Jacksonville! :)

We are a big family and rentals are hard for us, but with the front room, and the bedrooms upstairs, we were able to make it work comfortably. The place was nice and clean in a nice neighborhood. Our only complaint would be the backyard, and grill. They are not maintained, and are unusable. The backyard needs some TLC.

This is in a quiet neighborhood, clean property. Good kitchen, fenced yard with swingset. Good communication and response time with property manager. Not much parking, but enough for 2-3 regular cars. Our 2 dually trucks did not fit.
Beds were very comfortable, but the pillows are huge. I had to buy a smaller one to sleep.
Would totally stay here again!

We were in town for the Gator bowl and this home was great for our crew. It took us about 25 mins from the house to the stadium but not a bd drive. House was very clean and had a lot of room. We would rent this home again. If I would suggest something to upgrade it would be to get a little better upgrade on washcloths. But overall extremely pleased with the house and the ease of the checkin process.
