About this house rental
This magnificent 2940 sq foot home is in a prestigious lakeside neighborhood. Beautiful and luxurious, it offers a large open concept living area with an adjoining 400 sq foot climate controlled sun room with a pocketing glass interior wall designed to bring the outdoors in and the indoors out. The exterior of the sun room is constructed of glass doors which can be opened and stacked to facilitate an open air porch. The sun room is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa and large outdoor dining table and chairs. It also has a wall mounted, large screen TV and ceiling fans. 2 Outdoor furnished patios flank the sun room on either side. The patios have one (charcoal grill) and outdoor table and chairs.
The open concept living area has a gas fireplace, wood floors, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and an elegant chandelier. It has a 55" Smart TV with surround sound. It is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, upholstered arm chairs, a small dining table and bar stools.
The large fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area. It has stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops.
A separate formal dining room has a large luxurious dining table and chandelier.
The game room has a pool table and a ceiling mount TV.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bath, and a large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, closet and TV.
Bedroom 3 has queen size bed and closet.
Bedroom 4 is set up dorm style with 2 triple bunk beds which allows for 6 people total in this room. It has a closet
The master bath has a large vanity with double sinks, a large jacuzzi garden tub, a luxury shower, and water closet toilet.
Bathroom 2 (next to one of the bedrooms) has a tub/shower, toilet and single vanity sink.
Bathroom 3 (next to the remaining 2 bedrooms) has a tub/shower, toilet and single vanity sink.
The laundry room has a front a loading washer and dryer, a sink, and an ironing board with iron.

Didn't realize until once we arrived. We had rented the property before nice location.
But we found it the same as before, really needed a hard cleaning (cockroaches reported) The furniture was the same old poorly functioning as earlier.
Overall, nice location, but really needs to update the furniture and a heavy cleaning.
We would not book the property again and appreciate property management requirements to protect against bad guests some additional comments.
1st it is not a gated community and overboard requirements on who is staying or visiting (Name, car license information).
A simple review of our previous bookings should serve as to validate whether we are abiding guests.
