Literally 10 mins from everything!! Beaches, Shopping town center, Athletic Center Downtown, you name it!! Brand-new & fully loaded enough to have the vacation right at the home
A perfect day might include enjoying your morning coffee ☕️in your inviting open living room, play a game of shuffle board in the garage🏸 or even a round of dominions. Meandering less than a few miles to one of the incredible Tinseltown/Regency restaurants or take a day at Beach🏖, maybe even the RiverWalk 🏞then come home and enjoy a movie in our premier theater-style living room set with popcorn machine! 🍿Oh and make sure to leave your mark in our authentic resident’s journal before departure 📓🖋

RULES📘📝
🐶No pets allowed under no circumstances. Guest have allergies and the turn around time is too quick to make the place pet free before the arrival of next guest.
** If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you have a pet with you then we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original price.
🗑All trash must be disposed in a bag tied tightly inside the garbage bins in the garage. Yellow is for recycle and Green is for trash. Trash day is Thursday so please make sure to set the green trash bin at the edge of the driveway prior and pull it back inside the garage after its been disposed.
🍽 Please wash all used dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to departure. Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guest in the crevasses of furniture that the cleaning crew may have missed. We strive to only serve fresh items when the opportunity presents itself HOWEVER, ultimately it is up to the guests discretion and inspection to consume these items if they so choose. The host does not take any responsibility for consumables.
🏠This is a new construction development ran by our property management. All functions such as fire alarms, lighting and sprinkler systems have been checked and comply with city regulations. If items display any sign of faulty characteristics, please notify the owner asap. Any sharp items they may be unknowingly exposed from wall corners or floor boards may present themselves. Please let owner know if you or a guest discover these things during your stay so that we can rectify them before the next guest. The host does not take on responsibility for any injuries due to activity going on inside of the home during your stay. The host will reach out to make sure everything is good when you have first established contact with the property. Once everything is acknowledge to be up to your satisfaction, the home is then under your supervision as the guest and all activity generated during your stay is upon your responsibility.
🛋Please do not rearrange the furniture. If done so, please return it to its rightful place prior to departure. Any scratches or unwipeable residue left on black leather couch could resort to fees.
All detected ILLEGAL or PARTY activity reported from neighbors or surrounding friends could result to immediate vacancy with no refund. Please be considerate of the quite and desirable neighborhood.
This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reservation.

My family and I spent 12 days in this property and we loved it. It was very nice and clean. The check in was pretty easy and the host easily reachable.

We had the best time. The house was perfect. The kids loved the kids room and popcorn machine. There was enough room for all of us. We will definitely come back.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this new home. The location is central to so many different areas in Jacksonville which is just what we needed as we visited with family. The access road did leave us wondering but the neighborhood is new and the house is located on nice little cul de sac.
Inside the house the reclining sofas were great. Everything was clean and new which is great. The house is not over cluttered with knick-knacks which was very nice. The bed in the master bedroom was very firm, moreso than my wife and I like. So the next night we switched bedrooms. The bed in that room was much softer and perfect for us. Intentional or not, it was great to have a choice on the firmness of the bed. The only real drawback was the low water pressure, which of course the hosts have not control over.
Overall a great stay and when we visit family again we hope to stay here again.
