Uptown District Stay

I LIKE : very good location in the center of BGC, surrounded by many restaurants, high street is just nearby, apartment modern, well equipped with branded appliances, washing machine, 55 " TCL Google TV and TCL sound bar! Very comfy qeen bed with nice mattress. Available also foldable sofa and comfortable amchair. Awesome view from 32 floor condo. AC 2 split type very efficient seperate toliving space and bed spcae. All in all perfect place to spend nice and relaxing time. VERY CLEAN APARTMENT PERFECTLY CLEANED BEFORE WE CHECK IN!!!!!.

Owner at the beginning after check in was all ok. In second day since morning there was no water. Almost whole day there was no water. We found in CR big black backet full of water and dipper I was shock what things like that doing in condo, we are in high end modern tower in exclusive BGC district in Manila. Soon on second day we find out why it was there ....the water was cut! This water was nit enough for our 3 persons. Fortunately and the evening water back. We are just sissapointed how the owner of this property treated us ...lying that they didn't know about water cut. Also they told us there is no water but at least there is electricity... very not approachable and AROGAN WOMAN.....We asked also for late check out because Wie stay with kid and our flight after 8 pm. Unfortunately she said it's not possible to late check out even this option is available 250 pesos per each hour. She said there is booking and ne clients coming which wasn't true hours after we left this place I checked on Booking.com this condo was available to book! Ms honey as her name is definitely no sweet like honey but rather bitter.. but first of all she is liar!!!. Same when I asked if she knows about water cut...she said she didn't know, other staff from lobby and reception desk told me there was information about water disruption and the apartment owners were informed about it!!!!! I understand renting is a business and money is important but money is not a reason to be liar!!!!! Liar, and arrogant !!!
