Location and security

Access to the building is difficult especially when you have lots of suitcase.

Hope for 22hrs stay. Free parking, Intercom or phone that can call the lobby. Lights in bathroom should be replaced with white bulb.

I liked the location and how spacious the place was. 2 seperate aircons for each room and very comfortable

Towels were too thin and small. There was a foul smell coming from an old cloth under the sink which we had to throw away. The shower pressure was a bit weak and some of the appliances werent working (coffee machine)

Location is excellent. The unit is spacious . The receptionist/ guards are respectful. Check in is a breeze

Tower 2 is not accessible. It has stairs with no ramp . You check in tower 2 then go to tower 1 if you have luggage . Very inconvenient. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom is as hard as a rock . It seemed like they use a box spring as a mattress. My son was not able to sleep comfortably. My other son slept on the floor.,they gave us a cushion but it’s so thin . That mattress should be replaced Response time from the host is not timely. Air conditioner in the master bedroom is leaking TV remote slow to respond . It’s just bad battery. I informed the host and she advised us to just switch the battery from the air con remote. Very inconvenient. No extra garbage bags
