Things were shaky in terms of communication a few hours before check in with not having contact info but a call to Agoda fixed that. But ultimately these guys provided excellent service. Service is far more important than aesthetics because you will likely need stuff when you get in. These guys delivered everything

I have stayed in this building 3 times now. First 2 times great. But this time not good. Owner did not provide room number, i try to contact owner many times but nothing from them, reception not know my room number at first either, check in took 40 minutes at 10pm. Can not use facilities either like gym and pool only reserved for long term guests. The staff at the building are great and a fantastic location but other things let it down.

its a scam . we arrived at the residence but the front desk cannot help us with the booking from agoda with a booking confirmation number .

The Smell of the room is smell like cockroach. Air condition is too hot even there are two aircons are running. Kitchen utensils smell like fishy. And the bedding’s smell not good. Terrible.
