its a scam . we arrived at the residence but the front desk cannot help us with the booking from agoda with a booking confirmation number .

We had a hard time checking in. My 2 senior parents, 1 senior yaya and 4 year old son had to endure the hassle of checking in. No assistance from the front desk. The owner took time to reply! Then when they got inside, the aircon WAS NOT WORKING! It was really hot in Manila! There were 2 aircons and we were just asking for the other remote so that we can turn on the other one. BUT THE OWNER TOOK HOW MANY HOURS TO REPLY AND TOLD US THAT WE DO NOT NEED TO PUT THE TEMPERATURE LOW SINCE THE AIRCON WON’T COOL (???). At 5pm, we decided to book another unit and check out!!! THE OWNER HAS NO EMPATHY!!! AGODA JUST REFUNDED 30%. WE WASTED SO MUCH MONEY. IT DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT!!!!!!

1. Check in procedure is horrendous. You have to go to a completely different room off site. You have to cross the street, under the sun, no staff at the lobby to assist with your suitcases.
2. Reception and check in staff are rude. They made me feel unwelcome and gave me vague instructions for check in. They did not even offer amenities.
3. It is advertised to have a pool. Butnwhat they dont tell you is that the pool is off limits to guests during the weekends.
4. My room's grease trap under the sink had a very powerful smell, emanating to the rest of the room. Almost unbearable.

The Smell of the room is smell like cockroach. Air condition is too hot even there are two aircons are running. Kitchen utensils smell like fishy. And the bedding’s smell not good. Terrible.
