Uptown BGC Residences by ChiKat

Die Lage am besten

Liftzustand: Wartezeit war lang

There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom is massive! Lots of space for opening luggage’s on the floor. Big comfortable bed. Lots of wardrobe space and PH sockets next to bedside. Big en-suite bathroom with two sinks. Living room is on the smaller side, there’s a table to eat at and a very sturdy couch set. The smaller bedroom is good for a child or teenager (probably not for someone who is 6ft tall) has a pull out bed as well underneath and its own en-suite bathroom.

It’s not a con but the apartment is pretty high up

ChiKat has multiple apartments here in Tower2 and I’ve stayed in two out of the ones she has, they’re all so nicely decorated, modern too! My favourite so far is the 2Bedroom apartment on the lower level, we also hired a car and she set up a parking space for us with instructions, parking had a lift that would go straight into the building which was perfect! The living room was very spacious, nice big table to eat dinner with the family, two bathrooms and both bedrooms super spacious! AC in all rooms and it’s Samsung which was great. Lots of hangers and closet space too. Loved that it had a washing machine!

I would ask that even though there is a washing machine, could you please add some sort of clothes hanging system in the washing room and additional as not all clothes are able to be hung

Location was ok, just a little far from.high street to walk due to heat

The main issue was the elevators, seems they at some days shut off 2 out of 3, so elevators was completely packed at times, and sometimes need to wait very long. guess they are try to save on energy, but created a mess and big irritation. Usually I stay in makati, never experienced anything like this before
