We really enjoyed our stay at D plus one doors. The house is super modern, spacious and just overall has a very cool vibe to it! The beds are comfortable, everything you need is available and the heater room is very convenient as we mainly came to Otaru for snowboarding. The location is great, you literally just go down the street for one minute and you are at the touristic centre of Otaru. I would definitely go there again when I come back to Otaru.

何と言ってもロケーションが最高です。オルゴール堂の交差点まで歩いて1〜2分、しかも人通りは多くない住宅ゾーンなので煩わしさはありません。コンビニも徒歩5分程にセコマとセブンがあります。駐車場はありませんが、すぐ近くにコインパーキングがあって夜はガラガラでした(昼間は観光客の車で一杯になる可能性があります)。1日単位の前払い方式で、途中で出庫しても料金の払い直しなく再度停めることが可能でした。駅も徒歩5分程で車がなくても便利だと思います。 部屋はほぼ新築で清潔そのもの。1階にバス、トイレ、洗面所、2階がリビング兼寝室です。二段ベッド4つの8人分ですが、１つ１つが割と広くてゆったり寝られました。高級感はないかも知れませんが秘密基地感があって楽しく、建築デザインやインテリア、備品を含めセンスが良く、心地良く寛げました。
