It was a beautiful apartment. Lots of room. The heater was on when I arrived which is good in cold Hokkaido. The hot tub bath on the 10th floor was really nice. It wasn’t crowded when I was there which is always a bonus. The views are very nice.
Access to get into the apartment was a challenge. The email came several times to make sure I had the numbers but there were three sets of numbers for three different doors or key boxes. It was difficult to know which one to use. Also there are icons like "unlock or lock" on the apartment door and on the key box lock. I never knew when to push the icon buttons. Also for guest using the place in the winter, the parking is on the back side of the apartment building, not off the main road. When I arrived the snow was about one and a half meters deep, so the small storage shed that was on the site for a burn mark was hard to discern. The staff Did help me by phone when I called them trying to get into the room. They did their best to help me and I did get in
