A lovely apartment. Much closer to Kotoni station than it looks or how Google maps shows. I made it from Sapporo station to the apartment (walking and using the train) in 23 minutes. The bathrooms are excellent. A very comfortable stay.
We have heavy luggage, so carrying them up the stairs can be tough.

場所は少々駅から歩くが、部屋は清潔で、おしゃれな内装で、設備も整っており、広さもあり、３泊4日、５人グループでかなり快適に過ごすことができた。 一番良かった点は、トイレ、洗面、風呂場が二か所あり、男女のグループだったので、それぞれ分けて使うことができたこと。
よくなかった点は、鍵の開け方、チェックイン方法が複雑すぎること（全員の顔写真を送ったりが大変だった）、また、オートロックはたまにかからないこともあったので、出るときは何度も確認して用心しなければいけなかったこと。

トイレと洗面が2箇所あり混まなくてよかったです。 基本的に綺麗で快適でした！！
ベット周りに埃が多く少し汚いなぁと思いました。 また玄関ドアの鍵にはじめ少し開け方に手こずりました。 慣れて仕舞えば全然大丈夫ですが...
