The place is really near station, can easily access just by walking. Everything is clean and very nice. The room is not too big but it has enough space for group of 3-4 people.

We went in the summer with our kids and had a wonderful stay here!! In the days we just wanted to chill and not use the train, we fully enjoyed playing in the nearby river and parks. It’s super easy to go to Sapporo station, Shin-Sapporo Station and Otaru city, from the JR Kotoni station (8-10min walk). There’s also the subway Kotoni station, which is a bit farther away (15-20min walk) and goes straight to Oodori station (the iconic big avenue) and Maruyama station (for the zoo/park). It was also easy to go to Upopoy. We felt at home in the apartment and had everything we needed. The communication with the host was always quick and clear. We loved here so much we want to go back every year!
