スタッフの方の対応(返信)が早く、 こちらの困り事や質問に対し適切かつ迅速にお答えしていただけました。 また北海道に来れたら是非利用させていただきたいです。
普通のテレビが見れなかったので、 Netflixやサブスク系が調子悪い時に退屈した点… Wi-FiにつながっているのにYouTubeだけは頑なにみれなかったです。

早めに入室方法の連絡を貰えたので手続きがスムースで助かった。部屋は快適で過ごしやすかった。

部屋は清掃されて､清潔でしたし、ホテルの担当者とやり取りが早くて良かったです。
今回車で行きましたが場所が分かりにくく、駐車料金も別途掛かります。チェックインの時間も16:00で遅かったですし、お風呂が無くシャワーだけでトイレの向きが悪く使いずらかったです。
