Very hospitable hosts, check-in well organized. The apartment is very well kept, clean, has all the essentials (bathroom, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, iron and board, one large sized bed and one bed/couch very easy to set up and large. Fan ventilation was ok for the middle of June in Madrid, without air conditioning. The apartment is near two supermarkets, 10-15 walks from good restaurants and nice bars, as well as two underground stops. The area is fairly green, with parks nearby, quiet in terms of traffic, and close to the airport. Excellent position to visit Madrid, much better than being in the centre of the city. Recommended!

Fully functional, well equipped small apartment, with washer dryer
. The location suited our needs, within walking distance of metro stations with easy access to Madrid centre. Friendly staff met us and answered questions about the property.
Located on the ground floor with lots of road noise and people in apartment above.were particularly noisy at night.
