Man hat alle Spülungen und Abflüsse des Hochhauses darüber die ganze zeit/Nacht gehört. Sehr hellhöriges apartment.

Emplacement parfait à 5 minutes à pieds du métro et 15 minutes du centre ville en métro.
A côté de l'appartement, nous trouvons pharmacie, grande surface, restaurants.
Parfait lorsque l'on a un chien car 3 parcs sont à proximité et le quartier est dog friendly
Les canalisations d'eau des voisins sont bruyantes. Les places de parking dans la rue sont toutes occupées mais il y a du turn over qui permet de se garer.
Les horaires pour prendre le métro avec un chien sont très restrictives (mais le propriétaire n'y peut rien ;-) )

Good location. Near metro station, supermarket, bars/restaurants. Even a mini park is near by.
Very comfortable place for a short stay.
A bit loud, you can hear neibours flushing their toilet.
