Luxe Apartment Madrid 7 paradas de Metro de Sol

Fantastic apartment less than 30 minutes from Madrid city centre. The flat is very spacious, extremely comfortable, and the bedrooms are located under ground floor level, which makes them cool, even when it is 38 celsius outside. There is air conditioning in the living room, which was a godsend as we had very high temperatures the 4 days we spent in Madrid. Ibby, the landlady, is also extremely kind and thoughtful, and she checked in with us regularly to ensure our stay was perfect. From her welcome snacks to her recommendations, she was nothing short of amazing. I must admit that I was slightly doubtful when I booked the flat as it seemed too good to be true, but this is not a scam, it is a hidden gem tucked away from the city centre, in a very quiet neighborhood. It is very close to shops and greengrocers as well as a pharmacy and restaurants, so everything we needed we found just 5 a minutes walk away.

Desde el primer momento que reservamos el apartamento, la amabilidad de la anfitriona, Ibby, ha sido maravillosa. Una persona atenta con sus huéspedes y con indicaciones directas y funcionales. El apartamento es maravilloso, cómodo, zona tranquila y bien comunicada, enfin, un acierto.

Aunque parezca un tópico, no tengo ningún pero...a ésta experiencia. La recomiendo. Todo lo que me esperaba encontrar se ha cumplido. Agradezco mucho a la anfitriona si amabilidad

Nice location and relatively new stuff inside. Good safety measures

We stayed one night because we came late, the next day we were said that we can go to find another place. The place was dirty, the landlord communication was very bad and the half of the apartmend is down in basement with no windows and no natural light. Bad experience but at least we got a refund and found another place.
