-A fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, and kitchenware
-A modern bathroom with a shower, towels, a hair dryer, shower gel, and shampoo
-High-speed Wi-Fi and two Smart TVs
-Air conditioning and ducted heating
-Direct street access and plenty of natural light
Excellent transportation connections:
You’re just a 4-minute walk from the Ascao Metro station (Line 7), 8 minutes from García Noblejas, and about 15 minutes from the Ciudad Lineal and Pueblo Nuevo stations. You can reach Gran Vía and Sol in under 20 minutes by metro or just 10 minutes by car or taxi.

The house must be left tidy; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are NOT allowed. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 250 euros.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by the Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
