Vila Mila

Apartment was located about 15 minutes walk away from city center and 10-15 minutes walk to train station. Enough space for 2 travelers.

It said there was a washing machine, but we didn’t had one in our apartment. Maybe ours was broken and removed but it should be mentioned when checking in. The wifi is to weak.

We stayed at the Villa Mila Hotel for 1.5 nights. The room, as far as I remember, was located on the 4th floor. Our friend was placed in the room next to us. We liked our room, it was really comfortable and bright in it. There was a kettle, a refrigerator, a comfortable bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a wardrobe, a TV on the wall, a window overlooking the neighboring street, a large bed, a desk with a chair, 2 bedside tables. As well as welcome tea and coffee set. We were able to sleep soundly on the bed. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming. A woman who settled us was responsive and sympathetic. We had to stay for half of the next day, though we didn't book it in advance, and thanks to the second hotel employee, a kind woman, we were able to extend our stay in the room for an additional fee and check out later. The location of the hotel is excellent. Almost at the central street of the city, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the center. The famous tram running through the city center goes nearby. There is a grocery store and a bank near the hotel where you can change the currency. The area is quiet and peaceful, but not peripheral. It was great. We really liked Sarajevo! The house of the hotel is beautiful, interesting and comfortable. As far as we got it, this was an ordinary apartment building with a hotel inside. On one side there is a view of a small street, on the other to a prettily decorated backyard. We would return to this hotel again.

A friend found a cockroach in his room. But we didn't see it in ours. We were unable to contact the hotel staff at some point when we needed to, but they answered us within a few hours. It is not possible to pay for accommodation on the spot with a card, only in cash.
