Everything we needed was there

They didn't tell us we were locked out til check time. Door to the building was difficult to enter. We thought we were locked out!!. They made us empty our small container of trash and it took over 1 hour to find someone that knew where the bin was. They also said we had to wash the dishes. What was the cleanup fee for???

location is very close to Schaffhausen railway station, very convenient. also lots of cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. basically next to the high street. neat and clean. good sized apartment. very responsive team.

Access using key code for people who are only used to a reception desk very very painful. we reached a few hours early and we had a code which was given to us int he morning but it would not work till 3 pm! needed to speak to a lot of people to allow us to use the code! Washing machine is in the basement and not very easy to use. avoidable. while the location is super convenient as mentioned earlier, it is very noisy (often through late night and early morning) and does not have any decent view from the windows.

We bought our own food. Perfect location, very central to everything. Very spacious apartment. Very good facilities within.

When the business section of the building closed at 17.00 hrs the main entrance doors were shut magnetically and we had no access to the building. We had to contact the agent to obtain a master key.

Pin-Code der Eingangstür funktionierte am Anreisetag nicht, konnte aber durch einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt schnell gelöst werden. Lage der Unterkunft perfekt für Anreise mit der Bahn. Buchung und Abwicklung insgesamt unkompliziert.
