Great apartment, but not so great service
Beautyful apartment in the very downtown area of Schaffhausen. Very nicely renovated and fully equipped. There's a small corner for working, a TV area, an amazing kitchen and upstairs a very nice bedroom.
The flat was in theory cleaned. I was charged for a cleaning fee, however the windowsills were dusty, the drain in the bathroom was full of hair. I asked the property manager to dismiss the cleaning fee, but it's been a month with no answer. Poor service is worse than a bad apartment. It's a pity they don't care.

The location is great, the team that manages propert reacts fast and friendly. Everything that is needed was provided, also quickly on request. Spacious place.
If a baby bed is requested (for an extra fee of 15CHF per night) a bedsheet for it has to be provided as well. There is no airco and if to open the windows - it is very noisy as the apartment is located directly at a road.

La estancia fue muy buena. El apartamento es amplio, muy limpio, muy cómodo, bien aislado acústicamente. Tiene todos los servicios necesarios para una buena estancia. Muy cerca del río para salir a pasear y del centro para poder ir a restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas... Perfecto
Por mejorar más el alojamiento añadiría pequeñas tazas de café, pues las tazas que hay ahora no caben en la cafetera. Añadiría también una fregona, ya que si se mancha el suelo no hay algo con lo que limpiarlo.
