Kényelmes ágyak, nagy fürdőszoba, mosógéppel. Komplett konyha, mindennel felszerelve. Nagyon csendes teljesen új épület. Liftel megközelíthető az épület alatti garázsból .

Der Weg vom Einkaufszentrum zur Ferienwohnung ist etwa steil. ( Fuer ältere mit Gehproblemen etwas schwierig). Bei Normaltemperatur sonst gut machbar. Anbindung Bus, Bahn, Schiff sehr gut für Unternehmungen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
