Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Durch die Innenhoflage ist es sehr ruhig und man ist trotzdem mitten in der Stadt. Alles war sauber gereinigt. Die Vermietungsorganisation "Smile" ist super! Sofortige Hilfe, wenn man ein Problem hat, und überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt wirklich NICHTS zu kritisieren. Wir würden jederzeit das Apartment wieder buchen.

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Nett ist, dass ein Starterpaket (Kaffeekapseon, Tee, Zucker, Spültabs, etc.) vorhanden ist.
Sauberkeit ist nicht besonders (viele Spinnweben und Staub), Ungeziefer. Beim App. 2 keine Klimaanlage bzw. ein Offenlassen des Fensters ist nicht möglich gewesen, da im EG und kein Gitter vor dem Fenster.

Le dimensioni dell'appartamento, le dotazioni di mobili. La posizione centrale
L'ambiente (appartamento Top 2) aveva un pò odore di muffa. La procedura per entrare dal portone non funzionava (probabilmente era guasta la tastiera per inserimento codice). Siamo riusciti ad entrare dopo vari tentativi solo grazie ad altri ospiti che stavano uscendo e ci hanno spiegato la procedura alternativa per aprire il portone. La stanza essendo al piano terra ed affacciata sulla piazza era rumorosa per il passaggio delle auto sulla strada di ciottolato (sarebbe meglio finestre insonorizzate)
