The location was amazing and this nice apartment is in a nice building

the communication with the host was a bit confusing and slow answers, but at the end they helped us. Also you need to pick up the keys 250 meters from the apartment which can be a lot when you are walking with bags

Nice apartment and shared facilities e.g. swimming pool, gym, etc. were exceptional. Close to supermarket, transport and outlet shops.

We had issues with the online check-in form which caused must stress at check in. My preference would have been to get the form completed while still at home as trying to complete the the check in form relying on whatever wifi was available didn't work. This resulted in multiple calls to the Property contact to get correct email address to send information requested so a code could be sent for the key pick up. Check-in time was 3pm and to use the facilities you need to complete a building orientation. Orientation is only available from 10-4pm so if you arrive after 4pm you have no access to the facilities until the following day. We encountered a number of issues within the apartment. On arrival there was a constant chirp every 30-60 seconds. We reported to the front desk to be told they didn't manage that apartment. They said the chirp was probably the fire alarm's battery being low, We reported the issue via the bookings messages to be asked to remove the battery and send a photo. We declined due to our own safety and questioned whether it was legal. We reported that the coffee machine didn't work. Response was to send a video. Also the shower lever fell off while trying to adjust the temperature. This issue was also reported. We gave up trying to get any issues sorted as they were consuming our vacation time.
