Room, facilities and location were fabulous and good value. Communication from owner was very responsive and helpful.

Was not disclosed that it was a private rental and that key needed to be collected from a different location.

Beautiful apartment, perfection location and it was clean!

The aesthetics of the property was definitely the highlight being a newer apartment.

I am heavy on reviews and did my research prior to booking this - but it’s definitely one I regret. We came up to celebrate my son’s birthday, asked for a slightly early check in due to our heavy schedule for the day. The host said ok, then not ok. Said we could be in by 130 maybe, the cleaner came down and gave us the key and said to come back in 10 minutes, we went for a walk then returned by 2. The cleaner was still there, he asked me to come back in another ten minutes, now cutting it fine to get ready for our birthday event at 3PM. I messaged the host explaining he has asked us to come back let me know when he is done, in which the host replied saying he is done.. we were having a coffee and walked back, as soon as we opened the apartment door the cleaner was finishing up, that was 230. So not only a late check in but no real apology, no amends offered, no bother that we were put out on our schedule for the rest of the day. The apartment itself, was also very dirty, the toilet was gross, the shower had used shampoos and conditioners but what really got me was the bar of soap. I think people are blind-sighted by the modernness of the apartment, the walls are filthy, the bathrooms were all hairy and dusty where you `couldn’t see’. The aircon doesn’t even expand into the bedrooms so barely slept as the rooms were so stuffy. I really wanted to love this one - but I just couldn’t.
