★ The bedroom has a hotel style Queen Size bed and Australian made quality mattress.
★ Livingroom has quality sofa bed with Queen Size mattress (We charge a $35 flat fee for the use of sofa bed. Please let us know if you will use sofa bed upon booking, as we need to prepare extra bed linens.)
★ Short throw to Southern Cross Station, Skybus Terminal, Coles supermarket, Spencer Outlet
★ Close proximity to Flagstaff Garden, Melbourne Central, Chinatown, Bourke Street Mall, Crown Casino, Melbourne Convention Exhibition Center, Queen Victoria Market, and so many more, walk to everything

⏳ Waiting time may apply if others are completing the induction
❗ If induction cannot be completed during these hours, amenities access is not guaranteed (no exceptions under building rules)
