Friendly staff especially the young lady who showed me to my room. The twin bed was super comfortable. There was a toilet in my room, but shower down the hall. Very close to concert venue, Town Ballroom. Kitchen available. Front porch for waiting inside for Uber. Security using door code to enter house so random people can’t come in.
The sink in the bathroom was exceptionally small which made even just brushing teeth difficult. Room was quite small for the price relative to other places I’ve stayed for the same or less. The street was a bit ghetto at night, with an aggressive homeless man walking down the street and approaching. I would feel unsafe if I had to park away from immediately in front and walk down the street. It can be a bit noisy with other guests walking up and down stairs and in the halls.

Great energy from the staff and guests! Pleasant environment even for a short stay. Liked the Buffalo decor.
I forgot my sunglasses and they mailed them to me at no cost. Incredible customer service! Great experience even before this part bit was blown away by this.
Only thing is the fact that there’s no elevator. But that is just how the building is.
