Hotel Maru

ソウル中心地からは、やや離れているけれど、地下鉄の最寄り駅からは近く、近くにコンビニや飲食店がたくさんあります。スタッフの方もとても親切で優しかったです。部屋もキレイで、水回りもキレイ。とても快適でした。アニメティセットもいただきました。

チェックインが21時からでした でも早くついても荷物は預かってもらえたので、身軽に観光出来ました

The staff at Hotel Maru are extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Housekeeping is available daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided. The rooms also have good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay.

On the downside, the rooms are quite small and not in particularly good condition, with some areas in need of renovation. The hotel is located a bit far from Seoul’s main attractions, making sightseeing less convenient. However, it is close to metro and bus stations, with frequent connections and 24-hour bus services, making it relatively easy to get around the city.

The hospitality at Hotel Maru was honestly beyond what we expected. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, patient and caring throughout our entire stay. They were always available and willing to help with everything, even when it took their time and energy. We truly felt that they cared about their guests, not simply as customers, but as people. The room was cleaned every single day, and every day we received three bottles of water, fresh towels, coffee and tea. There was also free Netflix and YouTube, a computer for gaming, and even a very convenient wardrobe where you could place your clothes and have them dried/ironed. These little details made the stay so comfortable. I especially appreciated the air purifier, which was a wonderful addition and made the room feel fresh and comfortable. The room was also very peaceful and had such a comfortable atmosphere. Even after being out all day, coming back to the hotel felt relaxing. The reception was available 24 hours a day, which made everything very easy and reassuring. The location was also excellent — in a pleasant and relatively clean area, only about a 4-minute walk from the subway station. There were laundry facilities, supermarkets and other useful shops nearby, so everything we needed was within easy reach. But more than anything, it was the feeling of the hotel that we loved. It had a peaceful, warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us genuinely enjoy coming back every day.

Honestly, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. These photos are screenshots from a video, as we unfortunately forgot to take proper photos during our stay. Based on our personal experience, the level of hospitality and service felt worthy of a four-star experience.

元々はモーテルなのでしょうが現在は1部屋2人までのホテルとなっています。そのため広いバスタブがあります。Netflixが見放題です。(日本語にしていただきました) 様々な国からの旅行客で賑わっています。朝食はパンとシリアルのみですが食べられます。 スタッフが親切です。

リノベーションされていますが建物は古いです。エレベーターが1基のみなので待ちます。浴室から水の音がします。
