    The owner and the staff tried their best to help me to check in earlier. Eventhough there's some problems, but they finally be able to help me check in without having to pay early check in fee. They even gave me and my friend free toiletries when we wanted to buy at the first place. The staff was very friendly, he even greet us when we met outside. The location is near subway station and the shops. Easier for me to go to and from the airport and other places. Free coffee and coway provided at the entrance. Bedroom is quite nice and got everything that we need. Water pressure is okay and we can adjust the temperature according to our preference. Microwave is also provided at the hallway. Afterall, everything is nice and I have stayed at Maru Hotel for the second time this time. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

    Everything was great! Even though it's 40mins away from the city center, this place is still perfect for going around Seoul because there's a nearby train station. If you prefer a quiet place to stay this one is a great option. The airport limousine bus stops near the bus station too so it's easy to go back to the airport. Staff were also nice and friendly. They greeted us with a smile and they were very accommodating. It made the stay even better! They even checked on us at the bus station when we were leaving, to see if we get on the correct bus. This place is highly recommended!

    First of all I would like to appreciate and show my gratitude towards the reception staff, all of them were very cheerful and helpful. They knew english but I tried speaking in korean, everyday when I went back to my hotel they greeted me with smiles and asked how my day was and if I need anything. Room was nice and clean, all the amenities were placed in the room and on that same floor too(extra coffee and oven). I was amazed by the sterilizing and drying machine in the room. Overall I had an amazing experience here, so many restaurants nearby, when I was coming back the owner helped me with my luggage since I was traveling alone and it was raining. I would never forget the kindness they showed me, would definitely recommend this hotel for other travellers.

    I was surprised with the cost, booked then realized the cost was due to the checkin time, 10pm. Oh boy, oh well, my bad. We stuck with and it actually worked out great. Our flight arrived @ ICN around 6:50pm, by the time we were ready for our airport limo/bus it was 8:15pm. We arrived at the hotel 9:40pm. It was perfect timing. We found the hotel from the bus stop, which was literally a 5-7min walk. Easy checkin, not much English spoken by the man but he was very nice. I didn’t expect much but it was very decent/good for what we needed. Checkout was nice and easy. This man spoke more English and was extremely helpful and patient. He even helped us with calling a taxi. This place was a bit far from where we needed to be but it worked out well. The workers were very nice and helpful. This was our first time visiting Korea and we don’t speak the language. So the two nice gentlemen at the front desk were very much appreciated! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
