    Dirty towels and cannot use shower and toilet same time. Single transparent door for both for toilet and shower . Other than that super spacious room, helpful staff. Far from tourist places but very close to public transport. Except towel issue extremely worth the money.

    The location was okay if you’re fine with longer transit time to places. We didn’t mind. Lots of bus options, there’s a bus stop just 2mins walk from the hotel. The staff was only available from noon, so no one to speak with in the morning, which wasn’t good enough. There was no microwave in the entire hotel, and the laundry room was barely anything to write home about. More importantly, the room wasn’t clean. The curtains were dirty. The vent was dirty, you could see how much dust and dirt once the AC was switched on. The windows were dirty. I’d give the place 2/5. If kept clean, would have given 3.5/5 at least.

    I think this hotel in general is a decent hotel. Cleanliness is above average I guess based on the reviews of other hotels in Seoul but just make sure that you have your room cleaned every so often. I decided to forego room cleaning for 3 days and the drains started to stink which I think is a common occurrence in Seoul but after room cleaning the smell went away. The room was actually spotless after it which was really commendable. To be honest, I couldn’t sleep well throughout my stay here (7 days) as the AC was limited to heater function when I arrived. It was unseasonably warm during my stay so I really had no choice. They suggested to open the windows but as a light sleeper that was not an option for me as well. Also, the curtains in my room were installed incorrectly so they could not be shut completely. It took them I think 4 days to fix so I had to resort to using clips, which they provided and also helped but was a chore to install every single time. The staff were a bit unfriendly at the beginning but after a few days warmed up. What I really loved during my stay here was the dryer in my room! Super convenient and easy to use! I just wish the hotel had a in-house coin laundry.
